Shipping Policy

Arcay Chocolates are distributed by ACK Chocolate Industries LLC (also known as ACK). ACK makes itsz best efforts to pack the products as best as it can for shipping and delivery. ACK uses insulated containers to guarantee the freshness of the products. ACK ships its products nationwide within the continental US, and overseas. ACK does not ship to P.O. Boxes to ensure that the package arrives at its destination on time, full shipping address street, suite/room/ apt is mandatory. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days via third-party delivery services (such as USPS / FEDEX / UPS, DHL, but not limited to). ACK does not offer shipping availability on weekends. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on the next following Monday. Packages are shipped/delivered without requiring the recipient’s signature. Insulated shipping boxes and frozen gel packs are used to keep products fresh and to protect them from any undesirable damage during the late spring and summer season with insolation pack extra fees. ACK recommends that deliveries are made to residences, offices, and venues where recipients might be available to ensure personal direct reception of the product. Once orders are delivered to the specified shipping address, ACK will not be responsible for damaged or stolen packages.
