Founded in Venezuela in 2006, what started as a small family venture in our home kitchen quickly grew into an internationally recognized brand, earning 42 prestigious medals at the International Chocolate Awards. In 2017, we brought our family and business to Washington, D.C., where we proudly handcraft all our chocolates locally in small batches. With two storefronts in the city, we love sharing our delicious creations with the community. As proud Hispanic entrepreneurs, we’re honored to represent Venezuela through our confections, infusing every piece with the rich flavors and traditions of our heritage.

Arcay Chocolates is a true family affair. While Anabella, our master chocolatier, crafts the exquisite chocolates, her husband, Dario Berti, runs operations behind the scenes—handling deliveries, managing orders, and greeting clients. Their daughter, Bella, leads marketing and social media, while their son, Tomas, assists with assembling chocolate boxes and organizing workshops.
