We make every effort to package products securely for shipping and delivery. We use containers to help maintain product freshness.
All our confections are perishable; therefore, all purchases are final and non-refundable. There will be no refunds or exchanges for packages lost in transit or for shipments delayed due to weather-related issues or during the busy holiday season. ACK Chocolate Industries LLC is not liable for incorrect order information provided by the customer.
Lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the recipient's address by our third-party delivery service (such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, but not limited to) cannot be refunded or exchanged. ACK Chocolate Industries LLC is not responsible for online delivery packages in transit.
Order cancellations or modifications, such as changes to the delivery address or order quantity, require 48 hours' notice. Please contact us directly by email at info@arcaychocolates.com to cancel or modify online orders.
